There are no qualifying times, no time caps and there are different levels for everyone to complete on the same day with hundreds of other people doing the same race at the same time throughout the day.

This is an 8 week training course that is designed for anyone that is new to HYROX or wants a specific training regimen to follow for those Type A people like myself!

  • 3 days of running focused on speed work, tempo training and endurance

  • 3 days of strength focused on upper body, lower body and full body conditioning
